We’re here to help! Below are answers to the most common questions about our ordering, shipping, and support process.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major credit/debit cards through a secure payment gateway.

🛒 What is your ordering process?

Ordering with us is easy and secure:

  1. Browse and add your favorite items to the cart

  2. Enter your shipping and billing information

  3. Choose your shipping method

  4. Complete your payment securely

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll start processing it immediately.

✏️ I made a mistake on my order. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can only correct orders within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.

🔄 Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes—changes (size, color, shipping info) can be made within 24 hours after ordering. Please email us right away with your request.

❌ Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only within 24 hours of purchase and before production starts. After 24 hours, or once the order is in production, cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order details.

🚚 Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you don’t receive tracking details within 5–7 business days, contact us for an update.

⏱ Why hasn’t my tracking info updated?

Tracking info may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. Delays can happen due to carrier issues or weather. If no updates appear after 10 business days, email us for assistance.

📦 My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest status

  2. If tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, allow an extra 1–2 days

  3. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us—we’ll investigate and help you resolve the issue

🔍 How can I check my order status?

We’ll send 3 key email updates:

  • Order confirmation

  • Production notice

  • Shipping confirmation with tracking

Didn’t get our emails? Check your spam or promotions folder. Still no luck? Reach out to [email protected] and we’ll help.

🧵 What if my item is defective or incorrect?

If your order is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and send a replacement at no cost if approved.

🔁 What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 90 days for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect size or wrong item received

💸 I haven’t received my refund—what now?

If your refund was approved but not received:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your card provider—it may take 3–7 business days for funds to appear
