1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 90 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact

  • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase

2. Return Cases & Solutions

A. Return Due to Our Fault

We take full responsibility for any mistakes made on our end. If the item you received is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Eligible Situations:

We consider a return to be our fault if:

  • You received the wrong item – e.g., a different product, size, or color than you ordered

  • The product arrived damaged – including visible damage from shipping, such as tears, stains, rips, or cracked prints

  • The item has manufacturing defects – including but not limited to stitching errors, misalignment in printing, non-functioning zippers, or flawed fabric

  • Missing items or incomplete sets – if a product was supposed to come with specific pieces and they were omitted

What You Get:

Cost:
You will receive a free prepaid return shipping label from us. There are no return handling charges or restocking fees in these cases.

Solution Options:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you can choose between:

  • Replacement: We’ll send you a brand-new version of the same item at no extra cost. If the item is out of stock, you’ll be offered alternatives or a refund.

  • Full Refund: You will be refunded the entire order amount, including:

    • The original product price

    • Any shipping fee you paid at checkout

We issue the refund to your original payment method, and you’ll receive confirmation by email once it’s processed.

Timeframe:

  • Return requests under this policy must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the item.

  • Refunds or replacements are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.

  • Include your order number and photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • Do not return the product before receiving our return instructions and label

B. Return at Customer’s Request
If you change your mind or the item doesn’t meet your personal expectations:

🧾 Applicable Items: All unworn apparel (hoodies, T-shirts, sweatshirts)
💵 Cost: You cover return shipping
🔁 Refund: We will refund the product value only, excluding original shipping, once the returned item is inspected and approved

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Products showing visible wear, wash, or damage not caused by shipping

5. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: We’ll issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving and approving the returned item

  • Method: Refunds go directly to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Note: Your bank may take an additional 3–7 business days to finalize the refund to your account.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees under any circumstances.

7. Order Processing & Shipping (for reference)

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays)

  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Mon–Sat)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM CST for same-day processing
