At AristotlePrints, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how and when you can cancel your order, and what to expect if you request a refund.
1. Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet entered production or been shipped.
Once your order is in production or has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible to return it—please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact us within the 24-hour window by emailing:
Include the following details:
Your Order ID
The email address or phone number used during checkout
(Optional) A brief reason for cancellation
Our team will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation and provide next steps.
3. Refund Process
If your cancellation request is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days, though your bank or card provider may require additional time (3–7 days) to reflect the funds.
You’ll also receive an email notification when your order enters production—at that point, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. After the 24-Hour Period
If more than 24 hours have passed, or if your order has already entered production or shipped, cancellation is no longer available. You may still return the item once it arrives, as long as it meets our return eligibility requirements. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
