If you believe that AristotlePrints has infringed your intellectual property rights, we encourage you to contact us using the procedure outlined below.
A. Procedure For Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement:
It is our policy to:
Remove or block access to any content (including, without limitation, product descriptions, designs, images, and artwork) (collectively referred to as “Content”) that we believe in good faith may infringe on the intellectual property rights of others upon receipt of a properly formatted notice; and
Suspend or terminate services for repeat infringers.
If you believe that any content available on or through https://aristotleprints.co infringes upon your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a notice of infringement including the following details to our Designated Agent:
Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed, including registration numbers if applicable.
Identification of the infringing content, including:
a) A description of how the material is being used in a way that constitutes infringement.
b) The location (e.g., specific URL) of the material on the website with sufficient detail for us to locate it.Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
A good faith statement by you that the use of the content is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature.
B. Once Proper Bona Fide Infringement Notification Is Received By the Designated Agent:
It is our policy to promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content after receiving a valid copyright infringement notice.
C. Procedure to Submit a Counter-Notice to the Designated Agent:
If we believe the removed content is not infringing, or that we have the right to use it under a license or fair use, we may submit a counter-notice including the following:
Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that we believe the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
Our contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
A statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which our address is located.
Our physical or electronic signature.
If a valid counter-notice is received, we may notify the original claimant and restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless legal action is filed to prevent such restoration.
Important Notice:
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that content or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including attorneys’ fees.
