At AristotlePrints, we’re committed to delivering your order with clarity, care, and reliability. Below you’ll find a complete overview of our shipping procedures, including coverage area, delivery times, and customer support.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.
2. Shipping Costs
All orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99, regardless of item quantity. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time will begin processing the next business day.
4. Example Timeline
If you place your order on a Monday afternoon, it will begin processing Tuesday, ship out within 1–2 days, and arrive approximately the following Monday or Tuesday. A tracking number will be sent to your email once shipped.
5. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery status. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
If your package is lost (i.e., no tracking updates for over 7 days and it’s been 14 business days since shipping), we’ll investigate and either reship your item or issue a refund.
7. Cancelling an Order
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled but may still be returned per our refund policy.
8. Returns & Refunds
To initiate a return, please visit our Return & Refund Policy. We accept returns for eligible items within 90 days of delivery.
